Please read and understand the following terms and conditions before engaging with Basfana Ridan services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms below:
Electronic Communication Consent
By using Basfana Ridan services, you agree to receive and respond to all communications related to your inquiries or transactions electronically. This includes emails, texts, WhatsApp, and communications via the Basfana Ridan website. You acknowledge that any notices, disclosures, or terms and conditions provided to you electronically hold the same legal weight as written communications.
Application Policy
We adhere strictly to the latest Indonesian Government and Immigration policies and regulations.
Once we have received your application, the necessary documentation, and your payment, we will begin processing your application immediately. Once the process has started, it cannot be halted or cancelled.
If your application has already been submitted to the immigration system, refunds cannot be issued. However, under special circumstances, a partial refund may be provided.
In the event your visa application is denied by Immigration, a refund will be issued minus a 10% administration fee and the visa fee.
To maintain your privacy and confidentiality, we will not discuss any application process with a third party unless written consent is provided by the applicant or a legal guardian (for minors under 18 years of age).
Basfana Ridan Policy
While you are in Indonesia, it is your responsibility to bring your passport to our offices for visa extension processing 14 days before your visa expires.
No third party has the right to hold your passport. Once Basfana Ridan receives your passport back from the immigration office, we will notify you immediately. You will have 3 days to collect it, after which a fee may apply. Please advise us of the office location where you will collect your passport or if you require it to be resubmitted for your next extension.
Once you collect your passport from Basfana Ridan, you are solely responsible for returning it for future renewals and extensions. Basfana Ridan will not be liable for any overstay penalties incurred while your passport is in your possession.
We cannot proceed with any visa or KITAS services until all required documents have been provided and payment has been made.
While you are in Indonesia, it is your responsibility to understand and comply with all visa-related immigration laws and regulations.
Customer Declaration
I hereby confirm that the information I have provided is true and accurate. I confirm that I have a clear criminal record and will comply with Indonesian Government laws while in Indonesia. I will not engage in work without a legal work permit (Working KITAS) and understand the consequences of non-compliance. It is my responsibility to inform Basfana Ridan of any change of address during the validity of my visa or my KITAS.
Authorization and Agreement
I hereby authorize Basfana Ridan to act on my behalf and provide any necessary information and legal documents required for the application process. I understand that my acceptance of this registration allows the use of my personal information for processing current and future services. I acknowledge that Basfana Ridan is an external agency and that visa approvals are ultimately decided by the Indonesian Immigration Department. I accept personal responsibility for any penalties or bills resulting from visa overstays or non-compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations.
Privacy Policy and Communication
I consent to the collection, use, handling, and disclosure of my personal information as per Basfana Ridan privacy policy. I also agree to receive electronic communications for customer service, promotions, offers, and market research.
Payment
For clients who have made payments for their selected applications, please save the receipt/proof of payment in case of any errors in our payment verification system.

Upon receiving payment, we will process your application immediately.

Chargeback Policy
- Clear Service Descriptions: We provide detailed descriptions of our services, including scope, deliverables, pricing, and applicable terms. It is your responsibility to review and understand these descriptions before using our services.
- Communication and Updates: We maintain transparent communication throughout the service process. You must provide any requested information promptly for the successful completion of our services.
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
- Refund Policy: Our refund policy, if applicable, is clearly stated and easily accessible. Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case, based on the terms outlined in our service agreement
- Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, notify us within the timeframe specified in the service agreement. Cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply, depending on the circumstances.
- Fraud Prevention: We employ security measures to protect customers and prevent fraudulent transactions. Any attempts at fraud will be reported to the authorities.
- Cooperation with Investigations: In the event of a chargeback, you agree to cooperate fully with any investigations conducted by us or our payment processors, including providing necessary documentation or evidence.
- Adherence to Payment Processor Terms: By using our services, you agree to the terms set by our payment processors. Violations may result in additional fees, restrictions, and increased chargeback risk
