Family members of Indonesian citizens, including husbands, wives, children, stepchildren, or adopted children, can legally reside in Indonesia as dependents under the sponsorship of their Indonesian relative, with the option to stay for up to 1 year or 2 years

  • IDR 9,500,000 (Normal. 7 – 10 days)
  • IDR 11,000,000 (Express. 5 – 7 days)
  • IDR 13,000,000 (Super Express. 1 – 3 days)

Requirements:

  • Copy of your passport: Must have at least 6 months of validity remaining
  • Recent color photograph: Must be a recent passport-sized color photo
  • Personal bank statement: Showing a minimum balance of USD $2000, covering the last three months, with your name, date, and account balance included
  • Application form: submitted by the Indonesian citizen spouse
  • Proof of Registration: with the Indonesian Representative/authorized agency and a marriage certificate translated into Indonesian by a sworn translator* for marriages outside Indonesia
  • Marriage Book/Certificate: issued by the ministry or authorized institution for marriages within Indonesia

The Do’s:

  • Engaging in tourism and visiting family or friends
  • It’s also allows you to come and go from Indonesia as you please, as long as the permit is still valid

The Dont’s:

  • Don’t work outside the scope of your residence permit
  • Don’t stay beyond the permitted duration in Indonesia
