The Investor KITAS caters to foreigners interested in investing in or founding a company in Indonesia, allowing multiple entries and a stay period of up to 2 years

Price:

  • IDR 15,500,000 (Processing times take approximately 20 – 30 days)
  • Additional note:
    • Price above is excluding Visa Fee for 150 USD
    • The above price is for a 2-year validity

Requirements:

  • PMA (foreign investment company) document: Documentation proving the company’s foreign investment status.
  • Copy of your passport: Must have at least 6 months of validity remaining
  • Recent color photograph: Must be a recent passport-sized color photo
  • Personal bank statement: Showing a minimum balance of USD $2000, covering the last three months, with your name, date, and account balance included
  • Evidence of share ownership: At least Rp10,000,000,000.00 (ten billion rupiah) or equivalent in the guarantor company, as listed with the Ministry of Investment / Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board
  • Ministry of Law and Human Rights decree: Documentation regarding the legalization of the company’s establishment
  • Company current account: A statement covering the last two months of the company’s financial transactions

The Do’s:

  • Conduct activities related to business, investment, or setting up a company
  • Bringing family members to live in Indonesia, as long as it adheres to immigration laws and regulations
  • Hold a position as a director or commissioner in your investment company
  • Entering and leaving Indonesia as long as the permit still valid
  • Engaging in tourism or visiting family and friends

The Dont’s:

  • Don’t work outside the scope of your residence permit
  • Don’t stay beyond the permitted duration in Indonesia
